If you can avoid it do so, one of the slowest onces out there. Lady was helping with a pasport (we all know that takes a while) the line got over 6 people she never called for help and the place was being audited and the guys just stood there talking nearly the entire time!!! They saw the huge line, but didnt consider to stop there chit chat to help customers. This isnt the first time i have come here and had to wait over 15 min if not longer.

The good: it's close. The bad, phone number doesn't ever connect. Can't find out any good info about passports until I actually go onsite to visit
