US Post Office

Horrible experience. Bad customer service. Associate’s lady manager affirmed to me that the custom form I always use to send small packages to Europe isn’t valid with a pissy « we do not do that here » as if that meant anything from a customs regulation pov - lol

Two trips here in two days and both times the line moved fast and the staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Also, they take debit and credit cards now! (I think the minimum purchase to use a card was $5.) The lines were unsurprisingly long since this is the last chance to get packages delivered in time for Christmas, but the staff was unflagging in their good attitudes and speedy work.

does not offer drop-offs... you have to wait in the line which takes around 5-10 min and hand it to the cashier which doesn’t even take 1 second. waste of my time.

Service is equal to or better than that of most post offices I've used, and I had no issues sending an international package. Also contrary to earlier reviews, they do accept credit cards (perhaps a new development). The traffic level was moderately high but within reasonable expectations given the proximity to Dec 25th.

No drop off box anymore because people puts FedEx packages. No customer service. They are all grumpy and we are grumpy. They should male express lane for those who prepaid and prepared the package.
