United States Postal Service

We repeditly experiance missing mail that never shows up but is said to be delivered. Receive other peoples mail and they get ours.Packages saying delivered but don't receive for over a week. Mail receptacle boxes are in bad need of new locks. Very hard to open package boxes as locks are damaged.

I just had to pick up some mail... it took about ten minutes or so.

4 times in the last 6 months a parcel/package was left for me in the parcel locker but the key put in the wrong mailbox. So far I've been lucky that the neighbors have noticed the wrong address on the package and have brought it to my house. Just now I received a delivery confirmation and that it was left in the parcel locker but yet again no key in my mailbox. 4 times in the last 6 months is beyond simple mistakes...it's near incompetence. Sure wish that the mail carrier was capable of doing their job correctly because when they don't, it affects others. It's not brain surgery...it's putting a key in the correct box. Pretty sure I can train my dog to do that. Take pride in your work and do it well. If you can't/won't then be intelligent and realize that maybe this line of work isn't your cup of tea and find something that you are good at.

Here is my gripe about this place. When I came in, there was only one employee, who seemed really slow. And when I came to get my "suspicious" package from china, they gave me someone else's package. So I had to drive back, and exchange it for mine. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, I have never gone here.

1 person working with 8 people in line! They had me drive over 5 miles across town, when there is a post office just 3/4 a mile from my place!
