Haven't received my business mail with important checks in them. I called 185th and they said I get my mail from Evergreen. They can't even deliver mail to an address. This happened a year ago when regular guy was on vacation, but things shouldn't change with substitute.

This post office is not a full retail post office location. This is a letter/package pick up and drop off location. It has a self service kiosk. The parking is limited because it is primarily a distribution point for mail. The usps associates are friendly and helpful.

I moved from 97005 to 97006. I did not expect my experience with USPS to plummet so rapidly. My package from out of country was supposed to be forwarded to my new address - they lost track of it, and told me it was sent back to country. This was after one whole month of cold calling, going to far away office location (15 min. drive from home), and testing my patience. After that outcome, had to request refund and then 2 months later, item arrives. I had to apologize and refund the seller. Today I was expecting item to be delivered today - received text and email confirmation. It does not arrive. Spend half hour both times and FINALLY gets through. Told item was not scheduled to be delivered today, despite me manually requesting to be done online and in pink form. Now I have to pick it up tomorrow at 10 AM (only open 4 hours, weekday close 5 pm so cannot pick up anything after work) It is huge inconvenience. Little to no customer service. By other reviews, it seems my experience is not isolated incidence. 3/24 - Update The horror continues! I had very expensive JR Pass sent to me for trip to Japan. It’s time sensitive. It doesn’t arrive. NO NOTICE. Finally the tracking shows I’m supposed to get it before 3/25th or it’s sent back. This is after 3 weeks of tracking, cold calling (no one EVER picks up), and online re-delivery failing. Now I’m at the post office AGAIN to get it. Always half dozen people in line. It’s so far away and ruins my Saturday because I normally leave home before 10 am when this place opens. I don’t even have any level of expectation for this place anymore.

*read before wasting hours calling them* The employees in this facility cannot perform basic job duties. If you call them you will spend the next 5 days resolving the issue (in my case not receiving mail for 2 weeks, but receiving other neighbor's W-2s and tax info...). The best thing you can do is contact the Attorney General of Oregon and file an official complaint with this establishment, for the mishandling of private personal records, and violating federal law in regards to mail acquisition. Hopefully the management in this facility will find solace knowing every review on here is complete fact, aside from the 5 star reviews that have clearly not experienced "everything" this office has to offer.

I spent a half an hour trying to get through on the telephone, and when I got through, the connection was severed, and all I got was a busy signal. I was trying to find out why my mail hadn’t been delivered after I had it on hold for a few days. I still haven’t been able to find out.
