Had an awesome talk with the new manager Joe very helpful and knowledgeable. Hope he stays knowing they have had many managers come thru ask for him if you need help or any issues. Great service and clerks seem to be positive and friendly now.

It’s a mail dominated work environment... naw but for real, these people are pretty quick. Not bad for a centrally locates USPS. I much prefer the one in Aurora but its out of the way a bit.

Dropped a package off 4 days ago as part of a return. It still shows no tracking info and im about to get charged $500 because I cant prove I dropped it off. then a 30 minute hold time to start a lost package claim. Screw you guys. Edit: 46 minute hold only to be told that they have no information and they cant file a lost package claim until 14 days after I dropped it off. You have earned me a $500 fee because you lost my package and dont have any form of receipt to give when dropping off a package. I say again, screw you.

Every time I call this office I’m on hold forever. It’s almost as if the staff is allergic to answering phones. My goodness. Can someone please straighten these people out. Do they need more pay? The offices in N.E. Portland were a lot nicer and attentive

Echoing previous reviews - BEST place to get the WORST customer service and humane treatment EVER. Had USPS Clerks call us liars before, and outright argue, talking about us like we aren't even there. Disgusting.
