Traveling Pants: I'm tall, really tall! I ordered a few pairs of technical pants for an upcoming adventure where the average height is a foot shorter than I am. Due to snow, they were almost delayed getting to me in time for my flight. Granted our local post office is feeling the constriction of the main office - understaffed, etc. However, they are people who work there, and they are trying to do the job of many more. With enough patience and politeness, you can get to your answer. The team was able to intercept my package and get me my pants in time. They get big kudos in my book!!! Thank you USPS workers. :)

Literally the most incompetent interactions I've ever had. Can provide zero answers. If you submit hold requests or change of address orders online, they literally don't get them and won't acknowledge them. Have no interest in helping you solve where your mail is.

Service is not a word that should be attached to this dysfunctional place. Used it for 20 years. They removed parking, make you wait 20-45 minutes in line when clerks disappear into some safe space, sometimes deliver mail, lose mail for you PO box, and sometimes leave box open to public. If you are a business think again before using this 'service.' It certainly cost me business. Would give a 1/2 star because the building is at least well kept.
