I would like to compliment Sam in his kind way of dealing with patrons along with Tara at the Sandy branch. Unfortunately, I can not say that is true of Brandon. Our company has had numerous dealings with Brandon and unfortunately they have been met with rudeness and unsatisfactory outcomes. Often Brandon has been confused about what his staff does and doesn't do. When our company mailbox was compromised he would tell us to come get out mail and when we did it would not be there. He would tell us it would be on the truck only to find out that it wasn't and we would wait in line to get it at the PO and he would tell us it was not there when it was. We were so thankful when the box got repaired. For the last three Mondays mail has not been delivered to our company. Today another Patron in the building gave us over $12,000 of checks that were put into his mailbox. Our name is completely different than that patron so I'm not sure what the difficulty is in putting our mail in our box. Brandon says he will take care of it but there is never any apology or any acknowledgement that we have been wronged, just a lot of excuses. Perhaps he could benefit from a customer service class.

Last package was marked delivered at mailbox two days ago but I have received nothing. Package before the tracking said "out for delivery" but never updated. I waited over a week and called the PO and they said they'd check. Later that afternoon, the tracking was BACK DATED to say delivered (when it wasn't!). Sometimes packages are delivered to another house quite a distance away. Have called the post office and was assured I would be called but nothing. What good are tracking numbers if they are marking them delivered when they aren't? Who do they have delivering the mail anyway? SO FRUSTRATING. Glad I am moving soon.

The Gresham P. O. itself I have no problems with - I especially like the self-service kiosk. The local carrier is another matter. I bought a locked mailbox for my house as I was worried unscrupulous people were stealing from my older box. But the local carrier only halfheartedly puts mail into the opening, letting mail exposed to anyone to snatch who would notice. It only takes two more seconds to make sure the mail is ALL the way in the box. What is the best way to contact the local mail supervisor to discuss this problem? Is there an email address I could use?

1st, the outside property looks like an invite for homeless people...had to make p/calls to their PM and to higher ups in Portland, the local PM didn't know about the huge pothole in exit lane, said it would make people slow down! It did finally get fixed. Employees enter & exit thru rear doors only. If you want to stop ALL junk mail, I've done that...just Google "HOW to stop junk mail" and I even stopped the "Plum" junk that comes on Tues or Wed..go online! The substitute Ltr carrier screws up delivery every week and yelled "I can read, I went to college" (3 times!)....a disabled neighbor gets her mail delivered to her front door (approved by her doc and the Post Office first) but sub left her mail including Rx's in outside multi- mailbox, did not deliver to her door....even with a note inside her old box to do so...ha, this guy can read? Our regular carrier Otto needs to be commended as he works extra hard and does a great job. He has to correct the mistakes the subs do. Ouch! their policy is that they have until 7 pm to deliver mail....hell, why don't they start earlier? Doesn't make sense to get the Gresham Outlook at 630+ pm...it's dark, wet and possibly dangerous in long winter months to go out so late. Oh, Good source says Portland hired 20 letter carriers 17 of them quit, while in Gresham, 4 retired and it takes an act of God (or ? )to replace them. Why are they in business if it's only to serve themselves, not us customers ? This GPS and others need to shape up or go out of business soon....and at least do a daily walk through of their nasty lookin parking lot. Pretty ugly!

The Office it's self is pretty good, very helpful staff member I forget his name none the less very helpful. Your drivers on the other hand are terrible and i believe my Mail has been tampered with in the past to the point that i had to report miss handling to her supervisor.
