For a smaller community Post Office they are very good with handling any special requests and getting the mail delivered around the same time every day. Everyone I've talked to is always very willing to help out with any questions or problems you may have.

percent of the time the postal workers here deliver my packages to the incorrect location or I never receive the package. I ordered a CD that could have fit in my mailbox last September that still hasnt been delivered. I think they are too lazy to get out of their vehicle to bring it to my packages to my door. I order alot off the internet so I have a lot of experience with this post office failing to do their job.

This is interesting. I moved here a little over a year ago, and I have received great service (excellent, really) from the Forest Grove Post Office. The best ever!

I have lived in Forest Grove for 5 years and the post office staff are always VERY helpful.  Both in person and over the phone.  I love my small town post office.

At this location I have no issues, however... the mailman will often times shove advertisements into my mailbox, even when the address isn't mine. The other complaint we had a signature required item, and we told them to waive the signature required with the correct form. To this day, the waiver has been sitting in our mailbox for over 3 months. Lastly.. I was yelling at the mail man to talk to him, and he completely ignored me, and drove off... Perhaps they can hire some new drivers that are more attentive to postal mail services.
