Idk if they did it or what but someone crossed out the zip code I put and wrote in a different pen the wrong zip code and the package was returned to me. I showed them the address on the package was correct and then I showed them the tracking shows it went to the wrong place and they need to resend it to the right place. And they told me I have to pay again. So I left and went to the real post office and they fixed the mistake and shipped it to the correct address for free. I will never be going to this post office again the old lady wasn’t very helpful at all and extremely rude. Plus they only take cash

The lady here was rude to me and my mom and because of her my package did not get delivered go to the UPS by fred meyer on lancaster and you will get better service. I ended up wasting my money. Now, I have to pay twice to ship something do her negligence. Definitely taking my money elsewhere and spreading the word.

A Monday afternoon one guy walks out of the door. Walked in, door sounds. No one is around? There is no clerk? I say "hello?" no bell to ring, so a minuet later I leave. Ranking of stars is dumb if the service is in the negative. -5 Stars X ∞

Very uncomfortable experience! After handing my package to an elderly woman behind the counter; she starts asking the usual questions-- "anything liquid, perishable, or hazardous" kind of stuff. I answer "No" to all of it. I know she has to ask those questions even though she has the package in her hands and can see and feel it. I've done this so many times before so I know the routine and I'm just trying to get through it.
But then the woman asks if it's marijuana. So caught off guard by that question! No one has ever asked me if I'm mailing marijuana before. Keep in mind, I'm just a regular guy, picking up his wife after work and returning something to Amazon in a small, boring package-- I have no idea how she got the impression I was some sort of drug dealer.
I tell her "No," but she clearly doesn't believe me, asking, "Are you sure." I keep telling her no, so she asks, "well, what IS in the package?"
Now, being a bit annoyed, I ask her if she is actually allowed to ask customers exactly what they are mailing. It just didn't seem like any of her business, and I'd already answered the standard questions like "is it hazardous." She proceeds to tell me that, not only can she ask what's in it, but she can refuse to send it if I don't answer--- Now, that is probably true; I don't know--- but of all the packages I've mailed in the past, I've never actually had to tell someone what was in my mail or been asked if I was sending drugs.
So I tell her-- it's a small flag (about 12"x18"). She mails it. But I was very uncomfortable with her behavior and almost wanted to call back and complain to a manager or just go to a different post office.
And the stupid thing-- even if I WAS mailing drugs, I could have just told her it was something else.

The gentleman working there was horribly rude and literally told me that my generation doesn't understand how to do things for themselves all because I didn't bring in my own tape... I almost left in tears because of how horrible he was and publically humiliated me.
