Line out the door and only 1 person working the counter. The slowest person i have ever seen. 2 people in the back talking but no extra help.... spent an hour waiting. No ok, worst post office I have ever seen.

This post office, has gone downhill over the years. First and foremost, one of the postal workers, attempts to joke with you, but her way of joking is fake, and somewhat sarcastic. I did ask, when I went on vacation, to have them pull the mail, and keep it out of my box, since we would be gone for three weeks, they said, they pull it if it gets to full. Long story short, I came back from vacation, expecting an empty box, but opened it anyway, they stuffed three weeks of mail in my little box, and half the mail was tore, or crumpled up. I went into the office, to discuss this matter, and the lady at the counter, somewhat chuckled when she apologized. I did say, this is NOT funny, this could have been a very serious matter, if I had important documents to sign. I then said, I do not think this was a laughing matter. I sure miss some of the great staff, that worked there years ago. This P.O. does not care. PLUS, the constant giving me other people's mail in my box happens all to much. I don't think they know how to read numbers, or names.

I think this is the most helpful and friendly Post Office I've ever been to. My experience with local Post Office customer service has not been the greatest over the past few years. We moved here over two months ago and I have been very impressed with how the employees have been so nice and eager to help. Kudos to the Jefferson Post Office!

This post office sucks they "attempt" to deliver my package give me a slip in my mail box that they could have put my package in. Bunch of figgin retards

Horrible service, lost mail. No delivered for days and then a full mail box.
