United States Postal Service

We have a P.O. box here unfortunately our home doesn’t receive mail, due to no mailbox so we were forced I to owning a P.O. box. This has been the worst postal experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Seems as though less than 1/2 of our packages actually arrive to us, most get sent back or held for some odd reason. These guys can’t simply look at a label saying the post box number and deliver a package. It’s ridiculous. Today I had about the 5th package in the last couple of months returned to the sender with no notice to me and they don’t even notify you if it’s on hold when they do hold it. I am astounded at what bad service this place has to offer. If you need a P.O. I would recommend not using the United States postal service.

Worst post office ever doesn't even begin to describe it. It took an entire week for them to take mail from my PO box and forward to my new address and it's 15 feet from their door. I wasted a trip to Bend from the coast thinking they weren't going to forward it after waiting a week and getting none of the mail I know was in there, and arrived to an empty mailbox with a change of address confirmation notice. So now I've wasted 9 hours of driving and my day off because these clowns can't A) perform their jobs in any kind of timely manner or B) manage even the tiniest shred of communication about where they are in performing the miraculous feat of data entry that is a change of address.

My prob is with the postal carrier, I'm really tired of packages getting wet because she tosses them on my porch, broke a $300 tablet awhile back and today my very expensive items were wet, it doesn't help complaining they don't care.... Sometimes she leaves a yellow slip in the mailbox saying nobody was home, someone is always here and today everyone was home, really getting tired of this and also was told by a neighbor if you complain she gets worse

An unfriendly worker, she makes a girl of cultural exchange in Spain cry because she does not know how to speak English well. With sevicios so the only thing that is achieved is to lose customers. How hard it is to leave your country, your family and fight with a new culture and a new idea, on top of what racist people come only with disgust.

this is a joke I know you have heard before waited all day for a package to show up and amazing it didn't show up tracking said "no one home left notice" seriously the god dam thing could of delivered it self idiots do your dam job how hard is it really here let me help you a little "take object to location done next" they need to screen these idiots better OH and don't ship DHL the dam 2 are in bed with each other I wish I could take stars or minus them
