Worst mail man I've ever seen. Heard him calling my House stupid rednecks with an f bomb in the middle. I have literally watched him put my mail in my mailbox and when i went to check it had a "sorry we have missed you" card in it saying he tried to deliver but nobody was home. Wish I could put zero stars

Open on Saturdays, which in this area everything closes on weekends. Have always been very nice and helpful.

You can never talk to a live human being at this location when you call. You get an answering system that obviously has been put together by the federal government that was stoned at the time. Its so stupid that youre directed through about 10 different options, if you want this push this then if you want this push this then push this for this and push that for that. I wanna talk to a frigin human being not youre subhuman cockroach answering system you idiots !

Every time I have gone inside this post office the ladies working have been very unfriendly, and they were the least bit helpful. We moved 7 months ago, did the change of address as soon as we got into our new place, and they still are not directing the mail to our house instead it is going to a different house in Redmond, and a home in Bend. We tried calling about the change of address that we did and the lady on the phone was rude, and was very disrespectful. We still are having to drive around to pick up our mail, after doing a change of address twice, talking to the mail man, and calling the post office to complain about our mail. Really dislike this post office. Wish it could get it together after 7 months.
