United States Postal Service

Most staff are super friendly; others not so personable. Usually quick service. I went to the post office when I worked for a business in town. I live in a rural area so get mail delivery. Our mail person is so nice and friendly. If we have a package that won't fit in our mailbox, she will put it in our bus shack and not leave us that dreaded trip into town to pick it up.

Rudest people I have ever met. There people were too lazy to deliver my amazon package on Sunday and said they had “no access”... I have no gate, no fence? So idk how they didn’t have access? Plus I was home all day sick? Seems like somebody was just lazy and didn’t want to deliver on Sunday. When I went in to try to see what was going on the guy (I assume a manager) was rude!! Not only to me but to other people asking questions. I guess the USPS doesn’t know what customer service is....

If i could id give 0 stars. My mail never comes on time ever im constantly getting different addresses mail in my box and ive been waiting for a package that arrived at the facility 2 days ago and was suppose to arrive at my house that day and mail has been delivered both days since then and it still has not been delivered to my home.

What is the deal with no priority mailing supplies after hours??? The post office should just give up!
