Horrible. I am a college student who relies on the mailing system. I pay a large amount of money for expedited shipping only to receive packages 3-4 days after expected. I am beyond PISSED that this has been going on all year! Nobody answers the phone ether. Someone really needs to sue them for what they’ve been doing. Oh and it’s obvious the positive comments are coming from them or people that they know personally because the entire business is horrible. Will be going to higher authorities in the near future!

Awful service. Phones don’t work for customer service calls. Employees act as if they are doing you a favor. Only business where people in line are turned away and have a gate closed on them to discourage patronage. Bankrupt management and policies that should be eliminated. People should be let go, overfunded pensions should be scaled back, it should act like a business that wants people to use it not like a business that doesn’t want people there.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Priority mail packages always are delivered on time. Never had a lost package. I sell on ebay - been very impressed with usps as a whole.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been to post offices in 6 towns before I moved to Terre Haute and this is the worst one ever! They decide when and if they give me my mail. They will not tell you why they screw up all the time and just hang up on you if you go to find out why they don’t do their job. I had trouble getting my mail forwarded when I first moved and have had nothing but trouble since!!! Absolutely the worst post office I have ever used.

Tried calling them on the phone multiple times to ask about a package that was supposed to be out for delivery. Terrible service, no one ever picks up
