I have an older boat that needed a ton of TLC to the boat and trailer. Jason and the service team were straight forward, honest, and knowledgeable about the best way to get the work done. Their communication through out the process was fantastic. Prices are fair, and the service is outstanding. Jason took care of us like the boat was his own. Highly recommend them if you are in the Rochester area. It's the only place I will take my boat from now on.

We've stored our boat there twice, and this will be the last year. Both times we opted for indoor storage. This year when we picked it up it didn't have the trailer wiring adapter. Instead of making things right and comping the $12 adapter that was lost when my boat was in their care, the owner proceeded to call me a liar in front of my two daughters and came just short of swearing in front of them. They insisted that they tell customers to remove the adapter when dropping boats off, this is just not true (or at least both times I dropped off my boat they didn't do this). Regardless, the service I received was insulting at best.
Never again. I will gladly pay more to have it stored through a more professional company. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company.
EDIT
Response after reply from company:

Was I upset that I paid money to a business to safeguard my property over the winter, and find out they didn't? Yes the adapter is a small part, but if you can't watch over something small like that should I trust you with something more, like my boat?
I did not demand you comp the part and I only said I wouldn't be doing business with you again after you used fowl language.
You weren't going to fix the situation, your male service representative (forget his name) rolled his eyes at me and only got up out of his office after listening to me for a few minutes. You said "I' m an f 'ing liar" (not saying the actual words) right in front of a 6 YO and a 11 MO.
I'm not saying this online expecting any remediation, I will never do business here again. I just hope people see these reviews and think before going here. I will not be responding to further replies (I've spent enough time with this already)

I got to deal with a lady by the name of Lora youngmark. First of all I have to say.. what an outstanding woman. She cares a great deal for the customers, and even though I wasn't able to get the camper I was hoping for she was still there step by step to make sure if I was going to purchase a camper that I would have bought one that not only I'd love but one that would suit my every need flawlessly. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future! Outstanding job Lora! Keep up the good work. 5 stars from me

LOVE Universal!! Seriously the best place to buy and service your RV! This is the second RV we bought from Universal. We did a lot of shopping (a year and a half to be exact) and even shopped in California. Universal had the best prices and the best personnel! The whole team is easy to work with, friendly and made the whole process EASY!! Thanks Dave Marquez and Jake for making our dreams come true!! Best part is that when you buy from Universal you become family!

Rude, rude, rude. Would not recommend!
Revision. We had been in contact with a salesman. He was not going to be in when we stopped by so he referred us to another salesman. When the other salesman met with us he did not introduce himself. He rushed out of the door and told us he had two other customers. He was almost jogging to the camper we were there to see. We followed at a slower pace. He pointed to the two campers and seemed barely interested in answering our questions. We entered the second camper and he vanished. No, 'I need to check in with the others' or 'I'll be back soon', just gone. We felt rather unimportant so we left. I understand it was busy, but our money was just as good as everyone else's, he was just not interested in it.
