The man at the window was EXTREMELY extremely rude, other customers were talking and making the same observation. He wanted to talk back, redirect me instead of helping me. I'm appalled by the way I was treated.
Great customer service, professional and polite. Only one staff person available to serve the customers so it may take several minutes for service.
What kind of post office does not have a mailbox drop off?
I would give them zero if I could. Not a post office as they do not offer postage, they won’t even weigh your package to tell you how much postage needed. Completely useless, no idea why they are open or exist at all.
Looks like I am not the first person to have a bad experience with this place.
