US Post Office

This is a very interesting post office. It has some interesting hours as well. Wow I don’t even know where to start. If you are in no rush this is the place for you. They have only one teller and she just does the best she can. The Black lady who works at the Telly is the best thing that happen to this post office branch. She smiles and she is soo helpful. God bless her heart!

If I could give a -5 star for the delivery department, I WOULD!! It must be the one postman that randomly gets my route, but I keep getting notices from companies that my packages could NOT be delivered because there was no entrance to my drive!!!! THERE IS 2 ENTRANCES AND NEITHER IS BLOCKED, NOR HAVE THEY BEEN!!!! This is pure laziness and I have filed several different complaints and it has not been dealt with apparently. WHO DOES A PERSON TALK TO, TO GET THIS FINALLY FIXED??????

if I could give it a negative I would, worst delivery if you ever get your mail, I have video of them either never showing up in the neighborhood or just not delivering mail. had a package that would require them to put it at the door. they looked at my house marked it delivered and never took it out the truck. currently my plates have not been delivered and I now have to file a stolen lic plate with dmv. I fully support defunding the POST office. UPS and FED Ex can do it better

Needed to sign for a package and received a notice of a delivery attempt in my mailbox. I was home the entire day and sitting on my couch at the time they apparently tried to deliver. Had anyone knocked my dog would have alerted me. This happened one other time where they did not deliver an item because they said they did not have access to the delivery location. It’s a house. With a mailbox. And that item fit in the mailbox.

Those that are having trouble with this post office. Contact Senator Vance. I been having trouble with this post office for a long time. Misdelivered mail, missing mail and very late mail. Tired of trying to solve the problem thru the Post Office system they ignore the problem or just give a stock answer, like, Cant track the missing mail without a tracking number. Duh, first class doesnt have tracking numbers. So what are we to do.

I can only access my mail from 9 am 5:30 pm! This is a joke!! To be clear, the price for the smallest box is $51/ 3 months. The prices have been increasing every 6 months by $9. So I’m getting ripped off AND I can only access my mail at certain times. USPS as a whole is a mess. This is the third time Ive edited my review… In addition to everything I described the employees have the exit gate locked forcing traffic to turn around in a one way parking lot! God forbid you need assistance inside when they’re in the back blasting music and having a pow wow while customers wait in line. SHUT THIS DISGRACE OF A POST OFFICE DOWN!

Stood in line for at least 10 minutes so far I still am with a lobby full of customers and there's nobody coming to the desk. We can hear them in the back laughing and carrying on, but not once has one come up to help.

This post office is the absolute worst. The last few packages I was set to be delivered the mailman won't deliver and then uses a ridiculous excuse on the online tracking. Such as animal interference. I have a cat...that's indoors. Are you kidding me? My mail gets delivered to my neighbors house and his to mine. And our mail consistently gets delivered late usually around 7-8 at night

as of 1/2022 If this post office is the new standard of the USPS, this branch has no standards. We don’t get mail for days sometimes 2- 3 days and then all of a sudden the end of the week we get all of our mail at one time. I get email updates every day of my mail that passes through the main hub before it goes to my local post office and NOTHING for DAYS…. I even had the flag up for outgoing mail three days straight and they never picked it up eventually I had to take it to work and drop it off there. The neglect has been reported more than once and unfortunately the usps management does not care!

Been calling this post office for 2 days straight now and no one has answered the phone once. I had a package out for delivery yesterday that said it was delivered at 9:40 at night. I was home and didnt see the mail man at all. I go outside not even a minute after it said it was delivered and guess what. No package and no mail. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point and I cant get ahold of anyone to even ask about where it could possibly be
