Viva Chicken St. George

Beyond delicious! I had enjoyed Peruvian food before & convinced my son to try it. We were both so happy with the fantastic choices! The avocado stuffed with quinoa was exquisite! My son loved his chicken and the variety of sauces. I was crazy about my rice and chicken dish, I did share a bit with him! I cannot explain how delicious Viva Chicken is! All of the workers were cheerful and helpful. I would be too I worked there!

Staying in St. George for a couple months and noticed the sign driving by many times on the I15. Today I decided to stop in and check it out. Wasn't too busy so I was second in line to order. I saw the 1/4 chicken and 2 sides for $8.75 so I went with that. I asked the girl taking my order what the two most popular sides were. She told me the green beans and sweet potato fries so I went with them. She asked if I wanted white or dark meat so I chose white. After looking at my receipt after my meal I noticed they charged an extra 75 cents for ordering the white meat; maybe advise the customer of that. Also ordered a Corona for $3.00. Got my sign with the number and sat down. The beer was brought right away and then about 5 minutes later, my meal. The meal was very good. The chicken was just a tad dryer than I like it but still tender and delicious. The skin had the rotisserie look and had a nice lime flavour. The green beans were delicious; cooked to perfection. Wasn't the best chicken dinner I have ever had but very good regardless. I would go back.

This was a great find! We fed our family for under $30 with some really high quality and unique Peruvian food! We got the family chicken meal with green beans, yuca, and sweet potato fries - so good! Their sauces for the chicken are each very flavorful, and the spice rub reminded my husband of his time in South America. We will be back!

Good food and salads. Chicken is moist and delicious. In between fast food and full service. We were in a hurry but didn't want typical fast food. We were looking for something fairly quick and healthy. This place fit the need just right.

Had a quarter chicken with all white meat. Chose salad and fries for my two sides. Chicken was moist and tender. Unique flavor of the Peruvian herb rub made it a distinctive dish. Also tried the chicken soup and green beans and both were excellent. Would have given it 5 stars if it was a little less expensive. It is only chicken after all.
