Clean hot no nonsense food that you can watch being cooked . Friendly staff. This location the nicest in Louisville. Close to my church

Food was great as always. There was only one cook and one waiter. Apparently one waiter was a no show and management didn't care according to the waiter (who was on his third day ever working there!). The wait was very long and the cook took a break while it was busy.

Took almost 20 minutes to have our order taken. We had a party of 7 and they only had one cook and one waitress. The staff was awesome, but whoever does the scheduling needs to hand that job over to someone else.
