Walmart Vision & Glasses

I have been coming here for the past few years to get glasses for my kids. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I had to bring my own frames because they don't sell ones small enough for babies, and they were all very patient and listened to me when I had questions and concerns. And their warranty is unbeatable! I won't get glasses for my kids anywhere else.

The staff here is absolutely horrible. I got treated with attitude and the lady helping was no help at all. Went to a different walmart and got the help I was refused at the Ontario walmart. Do not recommend the vision center at the Ontario Oregon walmart at all, unless you like being treated bad.

They give me the wrong glasses I had to go back and switch it.

Don't worry about running late to an appointment here, they weren't. I wanted to know how much time I had to get some food at 11:30 since I got there at 10:55 for my 11 O'clock and Olivia said that they have been running late since 8:30 this morning and everyone has been patient, while showing attitude (as if to say that I need to be as well) Dr. Matthew Georgeson was professional enough so no complaints once I was finally seen but Olivia needs an attitude adjustment.

worst customer service ever....50 people working but no body to help you or enough people at check outs they are to worried about making money...as if they do not have enough than to care for there customers...it is ridiculous I have had to walk out so many times we shop everywhere else as much as we can because of this...have spent more money at other stores for the same item just because of the better customer service..if I did not live in a small town and there were more options I would never shop there, but at times I have to go and they never have enough cashiers...and have people standing around, but they can never help you....worst Walmart I have ever been too....
