Walmart Vision & Glasses

My family have been going to this Vision Ctr for many years. The employees have always been more than helpful! We have had a special needs in our family and they were so gracious and kind to us. We buy all of our glasses from this location!!! Not sure where the other reviewers go but it's not at this location.

I needed to have an eye exam to determine my needed prescription for eyeglases after I failed the vision test at the DMV. The staff was helpful and nice and the optician was a really good guy. I had no problems at all and got my needed prescription. They even checked some retina damage I had from several years back just to let me know what his advice was for me to follow in regards to that. I made an appointment a couple of days prior to going in and I was on time so that probably helped with how smooth everything went. I'll go there again for sure.

The employers were nice but did not do their job correctly and the doctor was just straight up rude. After I got my eyes examined, i was told to sit and wait for paper work and almost an hour went by until I decided to go to the doctors office to ask him a question and he was just sitting there watching YouTube videos the entire time. It was very annoying. As for the employers, they spoke to me kindly. Although, they were wandering around doing nothing and one of them didn't care to help another costumer when they needed to find a frame for glasses and when they asked the employee for help, she said "I don't know it doesn't matter"

The service is lousy and all the employees care about is their check for selling you cheaply made products. if you want to be able to see cough up the extra 20 buxs and go somewhere else you will be utterly disappointed by their service.
