The smell when you walk in awful. Cnas seemed unwilling to do anything their attitude's were rude. Especially on the 2nd floor. I'm not impressed

My Mom was at East Gate. The care was just ok. The care is excellent at Waterview. she is very happy there

Everything was so perfect! For the first time in my life I did not get lost. Thank you GPS!😀

My Mom stayed there for 20 days.. with that being said her stay there was horrific!!!! The food was terrible, the place was dirty, the fan she needed was filthy.. which for a patient with comprised lungs, which is awful!!!! The health department needs to react immediately!!!!!!
