Oh my goodness, terrible! My grandma stayed here for a month and fell off the bed twice. Everytime I visit her, the staff seems to rush in and act like they are taking care of her while I am trying to feed her. The room temperature was too hot and dark as if they haven't checked on her for hours. I also had another nurse point at the elevator in a rude manner the first time I visited so I can punch in the codes as if I didn't know English. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

A HORRIBLE Nursing Home!!! VERY Unprofessional and Very Uncaring Staff. Their were Some Nice People though but Very Few!! Miss Anna at the Front Desk is Very Kind and Helpful. The Rooms could be Cleaner and Smell Fresher. My Family and I were NOT Pleased with the Care given to our Mother!!  A Person should be Treated with Kindness, Caring, Love and Dignity. That was Not the Case at Charlesgate.  Below One Star Rating!!!!! Very Sad!!
