My Mom has been at CHM for 4 years. The staff there are kind and caring. Activities department has an active program for all residents, does not matter if they are there for health reasons or dementia. They also have a great entertainment schedule for residents. No matter why you are there, you are included in each and every activity there is. Love my girls, and guys, at Cherry Hill Manor.

Very unprofessional. I went there for an interview and the lady was about 30 min. late or longer to meet with me. The front desk lady did not even offer me water or anything while I waited. Sure, I was there for an interview and had to make a good impression, but it goes the other way as well. Finally, when the lady did arrive she apologized of course and that was that. Interview went well, I personally thought I did well and she seemed to like me but now it has been a week and so days that I have not received a call telling me if I got the position or not. If I did not, it would be nice to know. Cherry Hill, you will not be a recommendation for me.

The best activities, the most welcoming environment, welcoming staff and ver kind Residents, Cherry Hill feels like home. When I come to visit loved ones here, I find myself feeling uplifted and consoled that they are so loved and cared for.

I've been a visitor at The Hill for 12 years. I was P.O.A. for a resident/friend for 7 years, continued visiting another resident for a year, and then my Mom ended up there in 2013. She passed away in May of this year and I have since become a volunteer - visiting residents one-on-one. The current administrator is top-notch - very caring and hands-on. Therapy and Activities departments are beyond great. I've gotten to know staff in all departments and there are some really wonderful people - it's more like a family (staff, residents, visitors) - which is why I'm still drawn there. No facility is going to be perfect 100% of the time, but Cherry Hill Manor aka 'The Hill' is highly recommended.
