West Yavapai Guidance Clinic

Not really there to help youths in need. I called them because I didn't have a lot of other options, we don't qualify for AHHCS and with Obahma Care we can't afford insurance and I was told I couldn't afford them. Apparently money is what they are interested in not helping a family in crisis with not a lot of options.

My family and I have been going to West Yavapai for years now. We have been going there longer than 90% of the staff that's their today!! As the time has gone on the staff has became less personal and quite rude and condescending. The reason why us clients go thier because we suffer with mental disorders. The last thing we need is to be talked to like we're nothing!! We have mental illnesses. The last thing the clients need is the person that's suppose to be their and comfort them being completely disrespectful. When in dire need of help they blew me off. No phone call back. No one checked up on me absolutely nothing. They need to get their priorities in check before something bad happens again!! Listen to your clients! Your getting paid to do your job! Do it! An stop power tripping over your clients!!

At the present time my grandson and myself are NOT getting the help we need. Very disappointed

I worked there along time ago and really enjoyed working with kathleen Cormier. She really cares about her employees and the clients.
