AKA Williams Flooring of the Carolinas Beware they do substandard work and their estimates are not worth anything. Also, they will make UNAUTHORIZED charges to your credit card. Robert Webster provided an estimate of $2924.68 (for tile work) which I paid $1495.36 upfront. Then they sent me an invoice for the rest of the $1429.32. After the work was complete they caused a significant water leak when pulling up the toilet (to place the tile around it). I had to fix this damage out of pocket for $500. Then they send me another invoice for $1776.13 which does NOT agree with the original estimate or the first invoice. We exchanged several emails and phone calls over the final amount. We could not agree on the final amount especially as it involved poor work and significant water/ceiling damage. Just an attempt to squeeze more money out of the job and refusing to be accountable for damage. Then they made an UNAUTHORIZED to charge my card for the $1776.13. Of course I will dispute it on my card.

This company saves you money. I had to replace a 14 X 14 area rug made from a specific patterned and make carpet with finished edges and their quote came in 40% less than Carpet One. The difference was great enough to cause me to worry a little. Triggered the "what's the catch" response. Everything went exactly like I hoped. They even marked exactly where the furniture was so I literally could not tell the rug had been replaced until I looked for the spot that caused the replacement. I wouldn't have even thought to mark the furniture location. Maybe that's common. Maybe it's not.

I have been dealing with Williams Carpet for several years now. I moved away from Pawleys Island and just moved back again. I am re-doing the carpet & Hard wood in the new house we just bought, so as usual - I went back to William's for my flooring needs. I was treated WONDERFULLY! They have just ordered my carpets as well as (2) area rugs, and a BEAUTIFUL hardwood for the living area - I will post another review once my house is complete - because I've read the previous review... And I could NOT DISAGREE MORE! I have found nothing but nice, courteous service, and kindness while shopping and working with the folks. I would recommend them to anyone!
