Excellent service from Sharon. She suggested the right flooring for our project and it turned out beautiful. Sharon went over and above of what we expected from a representative and conducted herself as the wonderful, charming person she is. Our thanks to Sharon for helping us make the right choice. Also our thanks to the two gentlemen that worked so diligently laying the flooring. Fast, efficient and courteous, a great asset to Carpet to Go. We highly recommend the Company and it's Staff.

On May 10, 2018, Carpet To Go and more, recently installed laminate for me in my condo. From the sales person, Sherry Benson, who was awesome and gave me great advice, to the two men that installed the floor, it was the best experience I have ever had. The professionalism was perfect and the installers were so meticulous in installing the floor and cleaning up afterwards. I regret that I don't remember the names of the gentlemen that installed the flooring. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Superior service and Sherry Benson was very helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best customer service we have had with any business in Charleston, SC. Will definitely be going back to her if we ever need any rugs or carpet again. Thank you for being professional, helpful and a kind person. It is appreciated and doesn’t go unnoticed!!

I stopped by last week to ask about getting carpet for my garage steps. I spoke with Todd who was very helpful. After giving him measurements, he was able to locate a remnant that was the size, color, and style that I wanted which saved me money. The installation was done two days later. I was very pleased with my experience dealing with this company. Excellent job guys!!!

We dealt with Paul West who showed us samples and got us set up for our install. We made a couple of visits to the showroom to look at products and settled on vinyl plank. The folks in the showroom could not have been more helpful. The install guys arrived on time and worked all day until they were finished. Their work was impeccable. I'd highly recommend them for flooring.
