Carpet Baggers Carpet One Floor & Home

I built a pre fab house in Carolina Bay a year and a half ago. Having laminate upstairs and on the stairs was not an option as I had hoped, so the first thing I knew I wanted was those carpet ripped out and laminate installed. Everyone told me I needed to Carpet Baggers. I'm so happy I did. I worked with Justin Taylor. He is super personable, a pleasure to work with and extremely professional. He was patient, worked within my budget and really helped align expectations within my budget. He wasn't one of those salesmen that try to sell you just to make a sale. He was wanted to make sure I would be happy with what I bought. He was extremely quick and easy to get in contact with. I'm 25, so I mainly text and email. Paul and John did my laminate flooring install upstairs and on my steps. Let me just say, they are my FAVORITE INSTALL GUYS EVER. Let me repeat that - EVER!! When guys come to work in your house, you expect them to be late, slow, and just an inconvenience. These guys showed up every morning, same time at 7:30am ready to WORK. These guys were moving! They are professionals and skilled at what they do. I left for work every day they were working in my house and I 100% trusted them. The work they did is really something to brag about. I wish every guy in their business, and others were like them. The obstacle to prefab homes the stairs. They install them as one piece, so they have to install the laminate in a different way they normally do. We had to go with white pine instead. Gregg stained the white pine on the stair treads almost to an exact match as the laminate downstairs that came with my home. Paul and John have been in the business for a long, long time and they thought the white pine had came like that from the factory, not a stain that Gregg had done in his shop. Sorry for the long review! But I cannot say anything but the best about this company. I'm 25, so these laminate floors were a big purchase for me and something I worked really hard to save up for, and I'm really, really happy I went with this company and got to work with Justin, Paul & John, and Gregg.

Went there twice. The first time I had to because that's who my insurance required I go to. I had to constantly stay onto of the person handling my project, otherwise I'd never be kept up with the changes. The workers ended up damaging the wall in my entry and the repair work was done poorly. When attempting to get it repaired it was nothing but unreturned phone calls and messages. It's been about a year, and now I am doing a new project. I thought I'd give the place another try, since this time the project wasn't a repair - I just wanted to see what I could order from them and speak with one of their associates. I was greeted at the front door, asked if I needed help, and was told she'd be right in to see me. I noted I'd walk around to see the selecting in the meantime. I was THE only costumer in the showroom. Then, 2 others came in. I kept waiting, they were both helped immediately. I assumed possibly because they had an appointment. I kept waiting and waiting. No one ever came. Went back to the front desk to ask where my person is and they had "no clue".... so I left. Disappointing. They're wasting my time. Apparently the one that was supposed to see me went to the others. Guess I didn't have the look of money.

I would highly recommend Carpet Baggers to anyone with flooring needs. Glenn went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and his professionalism and responsiveness were far above par. I got all new flooring and would absolutely do business with Glenn again!

Scott Roberts is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products what will work best for you and your application. We bought COREtek Plus XL luxury vinyl plank flooring for our home and love it! The installers did a great job and were very professional. They came back multiple times to make small changes we wanted with trim pieces and molding. They were patient with us until everything was exactly like we wanted. I highly recommend Scott and the team at Carpet Baggers!

Wide variety, beautiful inventory, Great knowledgeable staff.....The best gallary of tiles, carpet, and wood and laminated floors that I have found in Charleston area...The best part is " affordable"!!! I purchased my floor today... Finally my search has ended... THX Carpet Baggers!!!!!
