Brian Lazenby was/is a pleasure to work with. I was not looking forward to emptying out both of my bedrooms in preparation of flooring installation and then having to move it all back in and Brian indicated that for a nominal fee his crew would take care of it for me, which they did. This made the whole experience a true pleasure as they did a great job and everyone raves about our flooring. Since we had some leftover flooring they used it in my closet that houses the furnace and water heater, again for a nominal fee. I can't thank Brian, his crew and Creative Interiors enough for their professionalism, care for details, responsiveness and pleasant demeanor. Kudos to Brian and everyone!

Excellent customer service, excellent installation, work timely and expertly done! Sloan was so gracious and helpful as I got overwhelmed with the many beautiful tile options for my kitchen backsplash. The young men that installed volunteered and removed their shoes to protect my hardwood floors. I just couldn't be happier!
