We used them to put in commercial flooring. The flooring supposedly had a 10 year warranty when we purchased it. Within 4 years the flooring had worn away in certain areas. We asked that this be covered under the warranty. After at least 30 phone calls over a 1 year time period, they finally came and fixed the flooring. We would leave messages and they would promise to call back but rarely did. They blamed us for the problem and charged us and instead of covering under the warranty. The flooring had just worn away in areas where we had normal rolling desk chairs. You would hope flooring would hold up under normal use with rolling desk chairs. .

It's nice to have a local flooring shop with a good selection. Give them a try!

What Doctor Ramey failed to mention is that his office did not install the plastic board that goes under the roller chair that was recommended by the manufacturer of the product. His claim was denied due to neglect. His claim was also denied due to swelling from his cleaning service applying excessive moisture to the product.
