Family run- excellent hand cleaning & repair of a 40 yr old Heriz. Many dogs /issues, muddy back yard. Rug is looking close to new. I'm so happy.

I would never take my rugs anywhere else for cleaning or repair! Multi-generational family owned & operated. They are incredibly knowledgeable. Cleaning rates are very reasonable. Repairs cost what they cost, & you get what you pay for with repairs. They will give you honest opinions & advice. All of their work has been exemplary. I haven't ever purchased rugs there - I've gotten very lucky at estate auctions - but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this family.

Best rug store in Low Country. Very knowledgeable. Do excellent repairs and cleaning. Wide variety of area and Broadloom.

I had the pleasure of stopping by to look for a rug for my home. I met Kurt and his mother who took time to give me an education in the who, what where and when of fine rugs. I live in Charlotte, but I will drive to Charleston to purchase, because they exemplify what customer service means. I highly recommend them.

I have been buying rugs from Rugmasters for almost 20 years. I have never been disappointed and they always have what I am looking for. They do an excellent job of cleaning rugs, which makes the rug look brand new. The owners are very friendly and listen to your needs. It is nice to see a family business still going after all these years.
