Wilson's Carpet Plus

Wilson's started working on my floor April 10th. But poor communication/bad planning/bad estimates/bad sub-contractors/defective grout material/etc on Wilson's part caused the project to drag on well passed the original 1 week time line. It took nearly 6 months of struggling to get the work done mostly correctly. Meanwhile, the most recent crew they had working in my home decided to play around with my things (some of which are wi-fi enabled). I know this because their data automatically synced to my smart phone and it was clearly not data anyone in my family had entered (data didn't match our norms and data was entered while we were away but crew was present). Wilson's need to learn to better supervise their crews, so they don't waste time playing around with a home-owner's personal things when they're supposed to be working on a floor that's already behind schedule. They initially quoted us just over half what the final cost was estimated. They also installed the wrong color! They called to ask how it was and I said it was the wrong color and they were like, "great! So glad youre pleased! Have a nice day!" Click. I gave two stars because the install was pretty good, which is why I didn't push for a redo. I hated to waste it.. But i do regret that now as I thought it would grow on me, and it totally has not. Installers were not very professional or even presentable. I was a little taken aback and nervous to let them in our home, and m normally quite laid back in that area.
