Winding River Park

Great walking trails. Secluded walking trails with benches at occasional spots. Ball fields. Convenient near the Parkway exit 82.

Quiet but with a ball park, playground and nature trail. We come to with a pizza just to relax sometimes too! (Family of 4 :)

A nice park for biking and walks with a paved path and trails In woods. It has nice water views and a small children's park.

My neighborhood backs right up to this park. It's a great place to bike, walk, or even play baseball. Certain places are more solemn in the park than others, like the children's memorial garden. Over all, the whole park is still close to the natural state of the pine barrens and is beautiful in its own way. There is many paved trails and unpaved trails to suit whatever kind of nature walk you want to take.

Tough hike to the top and even tougher to come down. Beautiful hike. You should be in a good shape to do it.
