At check in stood in line for 20 min to get checked in front desk moved very slow and didn’t care. Stayed for a weekend and found out on the last day door was not locking after we shut it. Room 109. 2 days in a row front desk stated they didn’t have towels or wash cloths. Toilet and shower constantly dripped. The air conditioner unit was loud as hell. Sink had a slow drain when washing hands sink filled up. Came knocking on door to have us check out when my reservation check out was at 12. On the last night people across the hall got into a fight slamming the room doors and yelling at 130am. I will not be coming back here.
I stayed here for a night after my plane got canceled due to inclement weather. For $130 a night, this was exceptionally disappointing. The first room they gave me wasn't cleaned and you could still smell the people who were there before me. I went to get another room and the second room they gave me also wasn't turned over. On top of this, the customer service was very poor and they weren't even apologetic that this happened twice. I would never stay here again.
Wow. Could not in good conscience recommend this hotel. Run down, sketchy location and do not get me started on the customer service, peeling paint on doors furniture and smells. Checked in and spent a total of 10 min in the room to book a better property.Rooms: 1/5
While the place overall could use some renovations, it's still a nice looking and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. For the price and the location it's good.
Needs upkeep. Front desk on check were slow and not very friendly. Looks like it used to be a nice hotel, but it is in need of a face-lift. Repairs in the past were shoddy e.g., bathroom light fixture had been moved/replaced and old holes were poorly filled in and poorly painted.Rooms: 2/5
Two days no hot water, front desk two white males”mike “&” John” in person almost rude and impatient. Seems they both hate their job in hotel business. Gets a little better if you give tips. The supervisor doing nothing but raised your rate. Rude and careless, room either lamp broken or microwave don’t work. The breakfast it’s garbage food full of added sugar. Not worth to touch them. Even the food it’s that bad. The house keeping will staring you when you fetch food. Suggest choice some other hotel near by. Plenty of in surrounding area with half mile and much better than this one.
Pros: Bed was clean, staff was friendly, and good working ac. Cons: My fridge didn't work, there was leftovers in my microwave from the last person who stayed in my room, the breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, canned juice, a few bagels, a toaster and cereal. Not impressed. The stairs are disgusting. The pool was not only empty, but an eyesore. The um..."fitness center", though does have a working treadmill and lift machine, has a smashed exercise bike SEE PICS! Roaches in the stairwell for days. Room smelled funny. Weed odor throughout the hotel and toilet had to be adjusted every time you flush. Verdict: Disappointed to say the least, however, would I stay here again? Yes, but only because i travel nationwide for my job, and trust me, I've seem so much worse than this.
It's dated and you can tell, room was clean but had to use shampoo as soap as there wasn't any. Mad props to the check-in dude for hooking me up with the pizza delivery menu after the horrible delayed flights and everything. Pretty much just showered, ate, slept, and left in the am.Rooms: 3/5
The hotel itself has a lot of potential, and if the right updates are made, I can see this place improving greatly. My room was positioned near a super squeakey door to the outside that made a gut wrenching howl everytime someone opened it. Some WD40 should fix that one in no time. Didn't really meet anyone besides the night desk, and he seemed friendly enough. The location is near the airport, and has a partnership with AA, so when they cancel your flight, they send you here. However this hotel has no shuttle. It could be worth it for this hotel to invest in a small shuttle to get people to and back. Some of the plugs in my room would not grip my charger, so new ones should probably be installed. While this may seem like a list of grievences, I'm only putting these here for the business to improve.
Do Not Book!!! Was sent here by American Airlines, when we missed our connecting flight back to London. was told we would be in the Wyndham Garden, however what they didn't tell us, was that it had been taken over and we were being sent to a hotel run by Independent Inn, nothing to do with Wyndham which upon arriving by taxi is completely run down and in total need of a refurb! The Wyndham sign outside was covered up with the hotel looking completely deserted with only 4 cars in the car park. Didn't get one smile from the receptionist who obviously didn't want to be there either! she probably had to contend with the revolting smell of the hotel on a daily basis!! Room was dirty with beds just about made. Did not feel safe there so we rebooked another hotel and left!
