Xhale Day Spa

My sister and I went for gel manicures, and we had a great time with the nail tech! The atmosphere is fantastic, and we were both happy with the service. We had a little trouble checking out due to the receptionist being new, and she ended up over charging us. However, when I followed up on it we were refunded and taken care of very well. Overall a great experience!!

Such a great experience. My wife and I did a couples massage and all I can say is WOW!! Room very comfortable ladies were very professional. Will definitely be going back.

Or pedicure was not as nice as our friends their tech. Was very thorough with the removal of calluses and the calf massage. Let's be real we only get pedicures for the foot and calf massage. ☺

I had a really great experience at Xhale Day Spa. I received a lavender massage from Jeni. Not only was it very relaxing but she took the time to educate me about my body. She would point out specific ailments - for example the tendonitis developing in my joins -and provided information about how I can help properly nourish/supplement to treat. She really exceeded my expectations and I am appreciative of how she went above and beyond to not only provide a great experience but also to better help me take charge of my health. Thank you.

When I first got to Xhale day spa yesterday my appointment was scheduled for 5 and the lady that was doing my manicure and pedicure did not show up until 6. Obviously I was very frustrated and did not want to wait that long but because I wasnt able to make any other day for the next 2 weeks work I chose to stick around. Apparently there was a mix up and the lady that was doing my appointment was actually covering for someone else and was not told that she even had an appointment last night. I was sure that after getting to my appointment and finding out that the tech was going to be an hour late I would never do business with this spa again. But because of how amazing the owner is I will continue to be a a long term customer at Xhale day spa. The tech even though she was in Blackfoot and working on moving her stuff out there dropped what she was doing and came to town so that I wouldn't have to reschedule my appointment. While in the meantime the owner who was getting ready to start making dinner for her family( I didnt know this until after she arrived nor did I ask her to come over) hurried over to the spa to start my pedicure for her so that I did not have to continue to sit around waiting. She also discounted the services and provided a free upgrade to help make the situation better. Because of the way the staff and the owner especially handled this situation I highly recommend Xhale to anyone looking for a spa that cares about their customers and their customers happiness. Mistakes happen but their willingness to turn the situation around and have such a positive outcome means alot to me as a customer and says alot about the type of people they are! Thank you for everything! You guys are very sweet!
