Hearing Health Center is proud to offer total hearing care to Chicago and the suburbs. We specialize in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aids (every manufacturer), hearing aid repairs, tinnitus, balance disorders, and custom hearing protection.

Description

Hearing Health Center (HHC) was founded in 1984 by Dr. Ronna Fisher, Au.D., because of her experience watching her father struggle with an increased difficulty hearing and communicating. “My father’s hearing didn’t just affect him; it affected our entire family. He missed so much of my life, and it didn’t have to be that way.”

The practice has grown to become Chicago’s premier hearing facility. The doctors of audiology at Hearing Health Center are renowned for their skill in comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosing and treatment of balance and vestibular disorders, and prescribing and individually tuning every type of hearing aid and personal communication device available.

I came to get my ears cleaned since I had just recovered from an ear infection, and my ear was still completely clogged. They have cookies and water/coffee to enjoy while you wait to be called. The front desk lady was so nice and hard working, the assistant and the Dr who cleaned my ears were very careful and thorough. I was out of there within 20/25 mins. Great experience!
My experiences at the Hearing Health Center have been very helpful. I was shown how to use my hearing aid device for my tv. I can now listen to the volume on my tv without disturbing my wife as she listens at her own volume.
My hearing test at Hearing Health Center was very efficient. After the test Dr. Ning Jing explained my hearing difficulties and placed an order for the hearing aids that would help improve my hearing. The waiting time was minimal.
I have used HHC over the last five plus years for hearing aids, testing, cleaning and advice. Professional and friendly team. I highly recommend them. The team in the Naperville office is great.
My scheduled time for my appointment was prompt and was in 5 minutes of my arrival. The hearing test was thorough and provided information on updating my hearing aids. The last two years I have enjoyed the benefits of the rechargeable Phonak hearing aids.
From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at the Hearing Health Center, there was no long wait and I was in and out rather quickly which I liked.
I went to the Hearing Health Center in Naperville with my mom. It was such a great experience for her! We absolutely loved the place. The doctor was very friendly and explained us everything about the use of the hearing aids. The test itself was very detailed and she was given demo hearing aids for the time in the office. They were programmed to combat her hearing loss. She was mesmerized with how well she could hear with them. The office itself is very impressive, clean, nicely painted and it was a pleasure to be there. Thank you very much!
Dr. Jing may be great with older patients or with younger patients who have hearing loss, but he was terrible with my 12-year-old kid. They left the office in tears. He showed no respect for their pronouns and was completely dismissive about their misophonia. There are so many steps he could've take to help, including referral to an OT to provide exposure therapy or a recommendation for a device to help with the misophonia. The office staff was friendly but also clueless about anything other than he/she pronouns.
Myrna was very pleasant and professional. Dr.Jing was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I had a great experience overall.
Very happy with the service and hearing aids offered by this business. Was thorough in everything we were coming there to accomplish. The Doctor was very concise with the explanation of the process and results. Great service
