7 Eagles Spur Steak Ranch

The atmosphere was amazing at this Spur. The place was extremely busy. Luckily we managed to secure a table for our large family. The waiter was friendly, but due to them being overly busy, we rarely saw her but we understood, she was managing several tables. The food was ok, not great though. The kids loved the play area. However the bigger kids push the little ones around. Only 1 person there to supervise a large amount of kids. Which i think they need more staff in. All in all, a general spur experience as one would expect. Kid-friendliness: Definitely need more staff in the kids area.

After avoiding Spur for years after being let down by other outlets in terms of the quality of food served vs what you pay for, we decided to visit this Spur... what a surprise!! The waiter was super friendly and the food was worth it. Tasted great and massive portions like the "old" Spur used to be many years ago. They actually filled my plate with fries and I had 3 slices of tomato on my burger. My wife had crumbed chicken schnitzel and the portions was massive. In terms of the restaurant setup, very clean and spacious with more than enough waiters. You don't wait for service here. They will see me again for sure.

I have been here on many occasions & have not once walked out disappointed. Their food always comes exactly as you ordered it. The staff are friendly with smiles on their faces & will go out of their way to do that little bit extra if need be. I recommend this place for any occasion even a birthday. They are just fantastic. Amazing service and Daniel our waiter was very helpful and friendly. And one of the staff with an amazing makeup...pity I didn't get her name. But she will remember me because I asked her for tobacco hot sauce...and I walked out thinking my family was following me....and I finished the whole story to myself.... My family was still inside...and I was thinking they were behind me The way she laughed at me ...loved her

Was highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the Customer service. Waited for 20 mins to have a drinks order taken and on top of that waiting to order food with two kiddos in tow was less than pleasant. Eventually I ordered their kiddies ribs meal and waited close to 45 mins for it to arrive. Trying to explain the wait to a toddler is somewhat detrimental. Then upon asking for the bill the waiter just had a fat chat with a colleague cleaned a table asked for the bill again with the kids now beyond restless and he continued to do the same thing clean the table and have a fat chat with a colleague only to be brought the bill when I stated I will pay in the front if I can just get the table number. But it's not all bad the child minders in the play area are absolutely wonderful keeping the kids safe and secure while also maintaining order is just Phenomenal so they get an extra star for that little fact........

I had a fabulous evening with a friend whom I am visiting as I'm not from Gauteng at all but want to say Michael the manager is a fantastic and very concerning person plus has a fabulous hospitable nature and made my experience very enjoyable at 7 Eagles Spur as a first time customer I shall most certainly recommend his Spur to anyone. Thank you Michael. Not forgetting our absolutely lovely waitress Beauty she was fantastic aswell
