African Cave Lodge ,

Upon entering the establishment the first that I saw was all the litter. There are all these children running doing all kinds things. It also looks like the children came by themselves with no parent or guardian looking after them. Which begs the question... who's the demographic?

Not such a bad place to go chill with family and friends, music played, pools available to swim, plastic chairs and tables provided....

The toilets where not working....alot of chairs there are broke....the swimming pool is very clean... Mean stuff but great music

Worst stay ever in my years of being in hotels n lodges. Reception not customer friendly and impatient. Reception so filthy. Rooms so filthy, ceilings dripping. Bedding yerrr like seriously needs a change. TV not working some rooms windows broken, some pools not having water or filthy water, some rooms look like they have not been touched in ten years,spider webs,rat drippings in cupboards, no toilet paper in bedroom, no tea stuff as put on their advert . The place jus needs a shut down or new owner who knows business cz honestly I wouldn't recommend it even if it was the last place. Staff rude as he'll.

Need a revamp but it's alright, not as hyped up as it used to be it no longer hold that wow factor no more only thing I enjoy is the young dj playing there

I slept nice but my car was stripped front bumper stripes and I suspect security bcs he showed us parking and it was cold they gave us heater that is not working, I m not happy at all. The place is cool but poor security service. Cars are not safe.Rooms: 3/5

The place used to be nice, nowadays the service has deteriorated .. The rooms are not so clean, no towels in the bathrooms, no hot water.Rooms: 2/5

Fridge was not working but the were able to exchange it. Their 12b toilet and bathroom must be maintained. It is not suitable to stay overnight with kids under the age of 3 years. No microwave or stove to cook or warm food

I hosted a birthday party for my mother in law. It's affordable, entrance fee was R50 however, Kids below the age of 4 were paying full entrance price. #shocking. Vip room ddnt have a working aircon, u can't change DSTV channel and no security guard to check your car. Parking area needs secure gate, access tags and lights please. I ddnt slp well worried bout my car

Never book at this accommodation. Booked a weeks accommodation last minute then we received feedback that our project will not take place. Requested a refund and the only response I get is: "Our quotation has a cancellation policy . May you please read our cancellation policy." Paid R5 000 the day before, and the following morning requesting a refund they just refuse. Have extremely bad telephone manners, Management is never available to speak to me - and refuse to respond to my emails, or whenever I try to phone them. I was more than happy to pay a cancellation fee, but they insist on keeping the full amount paid. Worst service ever.
