The resort can be described as derelict. It look like a resort stuck somewhere in the 80's and not being looked after and didn't get proper attention. It starts with the road leading there. A challenging tar road from Pretoria to KwaMhlanga. Have to be careful. The signage is not good at all from main road. Then comes the worse part. Sliding from one side to the other on a sand road, which become a challenging dirt road and muddy. Very close encounters to get stuck in mud. The resort needs an urgent paint job. The ablution facilities are shocking and remind you of a public park where everything is stripped. The venue has lovely potential if all the pools are filled up and clean. It has some nice palm trees. It is an ideal function and wedding Venue which can serve the area well. The tent area is good, hower the floor area is loose and make for shakiness and can be a nuisance for dancing at weddings. There is a big Lapa. The areas around is muddy during rainy season and Grass not well kept. It has potential to be a great venue to serve the area.

Beautiful place, but the unpaved road meant we had to leave early cos it was raining and couldn't drive in +-4km of slippery mud. The place is very beautiful.Rooms: 5/5

First thing that puts people at home is the approach and smile, I liked these as I experienced from the owner and the staff. The equipments are very good and accessible the place is great and user friendly, it is interesting.

Nice and reasonable place for the whole family, it boasts with 5 thatched lapas 3 kids pools two adult pools, day visitors entrace from 10h00 to 19h00, if you want to sleep over there are four chalets for R600 with 32 inch flat screen TV, mini bar, double bed and a shower . There also 4 bigger rooms for R750 with king sized beds, 32 inch TV, bath shower kitchen with four plate stove, mini fridge, cutlery for six people, there are 5 outside dining areas. A hall for that special day which can accommodate up to 150 people.

The place is accessible through Moloto road, but yet it is tucked away from the noise and the hussle and bustle of every day. Good and accessible rooms. Beautiful amenities. However, they still need to hone their service offering and attention to detail.

For a relaxing day visit, this may be very well be what you are looking for. The ranch styled facility, situated on the Fairfields farms, just off Moloto road, to the north of Pretoria, offers a couple of sparkling blue swimming pools with several lapas and a beautiful view.
