I am grateful for the service that Nabil provides. He is extremely skilled and professional. I have had a number of sessions with him over the years and his expertise shows. He often sorts me out in one session because he is that good. He is knowledgeable and provides insight with every session. He is one of the people I would recommend if you want to move better and be healthier.
I had the misfortune of injuring my meniscus, causing me a considerable amount of pain. Unable to walk and contemplating surgery, I made the decision to seek help from Nabeel. To my amazement, after just a single session with him, I regained the ability to put pressure on my knee and walk once more. Nabeel's expertise is truly exceptional and like no other, and I wholeheartedly recommend paying him a visit if you're dealing with any kind of injury.
Nabeel is a magician. He has made a huge difference to my back and sense of wellbeing. He has addressed issues I've been walking around with for years, that I wasn't even aware of. I'd had many Massages and numerous physiotherapy that just didn't seem to get to the issue. I've been to him for cupping and lyno therapy. After ONE session with him my entire back and diaphragm opened and and released. His work has literally changed my life and I highly recommend him.
Would’ve highly recommend Nabeel. Had back and knee issues, was a bit hesitant before booking as I’ve been to physios before and the issues was never resolved. The approach Nabeel took is something I’ve never experienced, solving the root causes of my issues which occurred over years of neglect. Multiple visits ensured that my back and knee issues is basically non existent now. Id recommend this practice to someone looking for a professional and knowledgable expert who could possibly assist with issues that have been around for years or even . Only issue I had that it’s a bit far from me , otherwise it’s conveniently located on a main road everyone is familiar with.

Paying Nabeel a visit is like going back to school - whenever I come in with a problem, I leave having discovered things about my body that I was never aware of before. He does not only rehabilitate your problem, he asks questions about movement in your every day life that may contribute to your issues - and gives helpful tips on changes you can make to avoid said issues in future. I am a forty year old woman with a desk job in public education and CrossFit as my chosen training methodology to deal with the stress of my job - maintenance is a necessity in my life. Nabeel has become an essential part of my maintenance and rehab when needed team. If you are looking for a movement specialist who prioritises his patients' wellbeing before his own pocket, who is continually upskilling himself for the benefit of his patients, and who always provides the best service, come pay him a visit. Looking for a Bio that knows what he is doing and actually gives a toss about his clients wellbeing, then look no further! I have been going to Nabeel for treatments since mid 2019. It all started with an injury with me barely able to walk. I have no idea how this amazing human does what he does, but I walked out of his practice as if the problem wasn't there to begin with. He is one of a kind. Takes his time and never rushes your treatment as if you're just a number. His warm humble character speaks volumes. We human's forget that we are biological machines and nothing ever gets injured alone and the same goes for nothing heals alone. Nabeel IS knowledgeable & professional and for as long as I have been going to him, he always seems to have gained additional knowledge which he skillfully applies. Over the years I have injured myself more times than I care to admit and Nabeel has never failed to work his magic. Apart from immediately tending to the issue at hand and pretty much having a solution every single time, he will also give you solid expert advice and guidance on how to avoid injury. Beyond going to Nabeel to fix what I had injured, I also make it a practice to see him for regular general assessments to improve my training. Ever wonder why you tank during a set at times? How many of you are walking around with a stuck diaphragm and blissfully unaware of it? Thanks to Nabeel firstly dealing with the issue he will also take the time to teach you proper breathing, which is ultra important whether you train hard or not. Nabeel goes above and beyond for his clients and will NEVER book you for sessions and or treatments that are not necessary. He is passionate about his craft which in today's day and age is rare. I've been with nabeel I think since 2016, after 2 doctors said that I would need a knee operation after a crossfit injury and I remember this dude telling me, "nah, I'll fix it" I thought, hah! Okay, let's give it a go... but that he did! Alghamdullilah, after a few can't remember how many sessions of lyno therapy he "fixed" my knee and I was able to walk again without it locking up. After that I joined his boot camp, and that was the best and most logical step I made thereafter, cos it wasn't just boot camp, I had a trained professional guiding me and correcting my form as I went along. And slowly but surely I started building muscle and getting stronger. Over the more recent years I now go to him to for various reasons, neck, shoulders, back, Alghamdullilah he will always be my go to person fixing me up and getting to the root problem, not always the problem I think it is
