In general it's okay. Clean. Machine work well. Trading hours are too short. No showers. Unisex toilets which I don't like. Friendly staff. Of you want to meet new people go between 17:00 and 18:30 but if you're like me and want to train in peace then best to avoid those hours

A very well maintained gym. Neat, tidy and clean. Up to date equipment, professional advice and a good strong vibe for whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete. Extremely reasonable and affordable rates. I highly recommend Body Harmony Gym.
I've been gyming here since 2011. And it feels like my second home! After a long tiring day at work. The minute I walk into the gym my body gets so fired up! Would recommend the gym for any person! Best on the Coast!
Body harmony is an amazing gym in so many ways... The site of cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism is what you get as you walk into the gym. My personal experiences at BH include me being in total awe of dedicated and diligent trainers who strive to make you feel good, encouraging you to keep going and never let you leave without a good laugh for the road. Be it my personal trainer or a staff member, each of them are helpful. Im proud to be a member of Body Harmony Gym
So difficult to pen this experience, rather, here's a Prayer for the BH team. May the clear conscience, humble nature and pure genuineness that filters from the owner and the staff through the gym take this team from strength to strength. May you grow in leaps and bounds.
Best gym on the South Coast KwaZulu-Natal, with a close family knit community and friendly people to assist you whenever you need help. Open to the public and very welcoming to holiday makers looking for a quick session while they visit the lovely South Coast.
Excellent gym, nice and clean brilliant shower facilities and they have all the kettlebells.
Nice small local gym, has just what you need for a great workout! Always go here when we're on holiday. Friendly staff aswell!
OK small neat and tidy. Price need to be competitive, special rates for pensioners and if more than one person goes to gym special discounted rates to be given
