Visited the gyn while on holiday. They have all the equipment you need for a full workout ie. Rowing machines,treadmills, bikes,weights, arms,legs,shoulders and more.
One of the nicest neatest gyms I've been to while visiting a small town
I love the gym and it's great for me. I find everything I need there to take charge of my health. The atmosphere is amazing. They have personal trainers if you need one at the reasonable price. If you you want to mind your business, it's still the good place to do so. I am loving my gym.
Wow there I something for everyone at this gym go heavy or go home on the powerlifting platform or Squat rack or machine for days cardio and friendly staff. Lol R70 for day visit and worth every cent.
Great gym with all working out machines you'll ever need to build every body part. And super clean environment with welcoming and friendly staff working there.
This gym has built a reputation for messing up clients accounts. The staff are aware of this but make no effort to correct it. Certain staff are incompetent and even rude, unprovoked. Facilities are good but just not worth the headache of having them steal your money and threaten you after like a bully. Would give zero stars if I could. Would not not recommend unless you enjoy being given the run around with debit orders they refuse to explain and other fantasy costs long after your account is settled. Professional thieves they are.
Good gym, equipment is well maintained, lighting for pictures is great. However the music is less than Sub-par.
Very spacious, well ventilated. Nice extra large room for classes. Wonderful sauna. No pool sadly. Cuz many public pools in all areas.
Awesome atmosphere and amazing people.
One thing's for sure trance music most certainly the best place to go to results I doubt the pushover act
