Changing Gears Fitness and Spinning Studio was founded in 2017 by Personal Trainer, Deon Lehmann and fitness enthusiast, Janet Humphreys. Their combined passion for health and fitness, led them to want to help people realise their own fitness and transformation goals.
Changing Gears offers a variety of exercise and spinning classes for all fitness levels. The studio is also home to a state of the art real-world simulated cycling lab, perfect for dedicated cycling sessions in a safe and controlled environment. The exercise classes include P90X and plyometrics movements, body-weight conditioning, dumbbell work, and stretching in a fun environment. In addition to the regular schedule, Personal Training is also available with Deon as well as the studio’s well-renowned 90 Day Challenge – a perfect opportunity to shake up that metabolism and achieve your fitness goals.
There are a variety of sign-up options available, including monthly contracts and once-off classes which makes Changing Gears an ideal spot for your regular fitness routine or a drop in space whilst on holiday.
