used to love our Clicks! but last week they made me feel like a criminal and a chancer. Came to exchange my hairdryer which i bought a month ago. the lady who was helping me, gave me so much attitude and spoke so loudly about how she will not give me my money back. I kept on explaining, very calming, that i do not want a refund, i want an exchange! but she kept carrying on. Eventually i chose a new hairdryer, which was R 80 cheaper, she refused to give the change and kept on embarrassing me about me wanting to get money out of this. She practically forced me to buy chips and drinks. The exact words she used was ' i will not give you any money" as if the shop belonged to her. At the end she was so rude and left so that a different cashier could help me. The new cashier gave me R7 change and said that this is not worth it! I felt that my character was being questioned by someone that do not even know me! I mean it is my right to exchange or refund any product i purchase does not matter which store. You chose to work in customer service, at least give some customer service! Why treat the very customer, who brings in the money, ill, when they dare to practice their rights? Very disappointed!
Clean and well organised. I was advised to make an appointment for my covid booster injection.
Great friendly service. Just one bad thing. Make sure prices at tillpoint and shelves are the some!!!

The pharmacy is unhelpful. The people working at the clicks pharmacy have such rude manners and would rather send you on your way than try and help. I am utterly disappointed in their service.
