The pharmacy goes the extra mile to help, at 20:30 on Saturday they waited at the door to help, instead of just closing as we couldn’t make it on time
Not a pharmacy I frequent. Was in Paarl and popped in as I had a copy of the prescription on my phone and feared not making it to my regular pharmacy in time. Very friendly service from the pharmacist on duty, but no-one told me I would pay a R151 levy on the medication I picked up.Levy came to 26% of the cost of the 30 pills When I get it from my regular pharmacy I pay no levy and the medical aid covers the complete amount. I won't get fooled twice, will rather go somewhere else as I pay enough for medical aid already.
This is really the most dedicated group of Pharmacists, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They on call whenever you need them by telephone and open till 22h30 at night! Thank you to them all for the time and care they put in to the community of Paarl! Lara

Staff walked pass me several times before asking if I needed assistance.
It has a wide variety of products, anything you need. And the place is so organised, You don't have to go look for it.Everything stands out clearly.
