No customer service and could not care less attitude. Needed Corenza C and asked one of the sales ladies to get this for me behind the counter. This is medicine that can be dispensed without a script. She refused and said I had to wait in line. One pharmacist on duty and six people in front of me all with scripts. All were locals and were complaining about the dreadful standard of service that is apparently the norm. Left in a huff and was quickly sorted at Franschhoek Pharmacy.

I have never been here where I don't have to call someone to man the tills because they're too busy chatting and trying on makeup. Thank god there's a local pharmacy for medications because I wouldn't trust Clicks to get that right.

This shop is closed more often than it’s open. If there is no pharmacist on duty, the entire store closes. Loadshedding… nope can’t open then either. Really pathetic and highly annoying.

Such a rude pharmacist. The dispensary is closed because he has to load stock on the system? He is behind the counter and has to explain to each customer-Staff shortage… with this economy?  Then rather close the pharmacy than only opening at 12:00.

Closed for the day just because they can... such a disappointment,  can't rely on even one pharmacy to be open on a Saturday... so sad for Franschhoek

The locum at the pharmacy really needs to work on their customer service skills. Bad bad service

The store states it opens at 9am, however it's already past 9 with a growing group of customers waiting outside.
