Today's experience was a but uncomfortable, I came in spoke to a waitress and ask if the special was still valid she re-assure me yes it is and welcomed me and my partner into spur she seated us to a table which we preferred I honestly felt at peace and happy but as soon as our assigned waiter came called Trisha.. My whole experience changed.. I showed her the phone the ad of the special and asked if it still valid she refused to listen to me done and said with a rude manner attitude use the menu not even please or anything I really felt uncomfortable and unhappy with her attitude.. Eventually we ordered and asked for water wow she made off like we here wasting her time. Her customer services was definitely not good. The food was amazing but customer service the worst. Front house staff the best.

I highly recommend this spur to anyone they never disappoint their food is fresh . The service is amazing they make u feel like you their only customer which I'm sure almost everyone loves. They kid friendly too . I always return there again n again. Place was very busy, they accomodate us very quickly. Temperature was a bit hot at times. Needs to work on the airconditioning. Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed the playroom while waiting for the food.

Last time we were here we had a bad experience and rated a 1 star, we were re-invited and the mistake was corrected. Thank you Jonny the manager for such great and steady service and our friendly waiter for making sure we good and that our food was warm, onion rings were perfectly fried. We highly appreciate all the efforts and workmanship.

Waiters should put through the correct order,it's the second time in one week getting the wrong basting for my wings. However your rib and wing is fresh and great value for money.

Waiter was good and food was well prepared, however the toast was more like warmed up bread I the wait for the food was very long, they were not that busy, also had a fly land on my food.

The place is very neat, waiters and waitresses are so welcoming with smiles in their faces, their food is so delicious worse their steak there's no better place like spur for me and my family we love it there Kid-friendliness: Now I saw they have party parcels for kiddies
