We did the Hillbrow tour and it was an incredible experience. At first it felt a bit intimidating knowing that this area is normally notorious as one of the most dangerous areas in Joburg. I can guarantee that our tour guides made us feel at ease at all times and they guided us through the toughest areas of this city while sharing some very interesting knowledge. The tour starts and ends at the iconic Ponte City, which was an experience on its own. Thanks DlalaNje for making our stay in Joburg one to remember!

We are so impressed!! After years of living in Jhb seeing this building from the inside was amazing. Our guide CYNTHIA, was excellent! She was well informed, kind, funny and all that you could ask from a guide, including taking great photos of us. Well worth it and great to contribute to the outreach programme that the tour contibutes to. We saw the children being taught on our way out. Also nice to have a good long drink with an insane view whilst hearing all of the interesting facts. One of the best tourist experiences in Joburg.

This was amazing tour and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Joburg. Delight, Alvaro and Proud were great hosts and guides. My group of 6 did both the Hillbrow Tour and the Ponte City Tower tour. The former covered the nearby district, including detailed histories behind hijacked and abandoned buildings. The latter covered the famous building, including a stop at the 51st floor as well as to the infamous ground floor. Alvaro was an especially keen guide, sharing interesting facts nonstop about the Tower - from its inception, to its post apartheid years, the 2010 World Cup effect and until present day. As a tenant himself at the Tower for 10 years, it felt like a truly authentic experience hearing from him. For what it's worth, the 51st floor apartment that serves as their briefing area is very well appointed. They also have a washroom with a view!

Not your usual Johannesburg tourist outing but we’ll recommend. The Ponte tower tour is great to learn about the history of the biking, its inhabitants and the surrounding area. The guides are great with lots of knowledge and interesting stories. The area is a bit rougher than your average Joburg mall but hardly more dangerous than downtown Amsterdam. They offer secure parking and the tower’s security is impressive. Go vist, see something cool abd support the local community with your fees.

We did an amazing tour of Hillbrow and the Ponte City tower. The guys are very knowledgeable, and as members of the community themselves can share an interesting perspective. Absolutely recomended if you want to get a full picture of Jo'burg!

After an amazing first tour which I bragged about to friends back in Australia I Attempted to do the tour on 12 November with friends from overseas. After booking online and received confirmation we Arrived to find the office closed and a random person who followed us from the car park attempting to be our guide. Felt very unsafe and had to leave. Have made several attempts to reach out for a refund with nil result.

Great experience with the team on their Ponte City and Hillbrow tour. So great to see and explore parts of Johannesburg that I've never been but yet its home to so many. Tour was safe, well organised and the guide informative. Would recommend the experience to locals and foreign tourists alike.

I took the tour to the Ponte City Apartment, it was very interesting. They offer a wide variety of tours around the Ponte City and the different neighborhoods. The visit is very worth it, as it's not only a visit to the building but a incredibly detailed explanation about the history of the building and its sorroundings. Great experience - I'm local & learnt new things about the city I stay in. It's daunting thinking that you're going into "that" part of town, but there's safe parking & they communicate with you regularly during/after your booking so you know exactly where to go & what to expect. The view is obviously awesome & their staff are friendly.

Had such a great experience today doing the Ponte challenge. Nicely organised,friendly staff and great food afterwards. Highly recommend.
