I must say, I am utterly appalled by the abysmal dining experience I endured at what was supposedly a four-star establishment. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Two hours of excruciating waiting time was just the beginning of our culinary nightmare. The food trickled out bit by bit, as if the kitchen staff had no idea how to coordinate a meal. To add insult to injury, some of us never even received our food. It was a complete and utter mess. The level of incompetence on display was truly staggering. One person had already finished their meal before the next one came out, and even then, it was only for some of us. It was an embarrassing display of poor planning and execution. The kitchen staff showed a complete disregard for the customers' time and preferences, and their lack of hospitality was unforgivable. The front house staff were the only redeeming feature of the whole ordeal. They were extremely apologetic and did their best to make amends, but the damage was already done. The level of service was nothing short of horrendous, and the kitchen staff should be ashamed of themselves for putting such a poor performance. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining at this so-called four-star establishment. It was a complete and utter disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, I implore you to look elsewhere for your dining needs.
1 Star is a star too much for this place, which was probably once a 4 Star Hotel. Upon Checking in we had to provide emails/proof of our reservation. The only good thing is the rooms are clean and well maintained throughout, but the water used to clean leaves an awful smell in the room, and the taps use the same water. Breakfast was great, for dinner we waited till 7:45 for our order to be taken and left to John Dorrys at the Mall. Will never come back to your so called 4 Star establishment. So much more I could say about our stay.
Except for the gravel road just before you get to the hotel, everything else is perfect. I'll definitely visit again Rooms: 5/5

Such an amazing experience. The efficiency of the caterers, the delicious food, the view, being so organized. I am visiting again, sometime, soon
The owners seem friendly, they also have a great concierge Nelli who really goes out of her way. The room service for the most part is also good. My shower had an issue with the hot water which I did report but wasn't dealt with and the the kitchen staff, although friendly, don't seem to know the menu too well. The place is isolated and in a great location while also being close to two great malls. The owners have a good thing going that could use a bit of quality of life improvements.

The love, dedication from all staff is remarkable. From the gate, the security guard guided us very appropriately. 100 percent on customer centricity, values and principles really prevailed from all parts of your services. Aaaaayke the food is to die for, the drinks, deserts Magnums and all really made me want to stay for more days. All course meals were to die for. Keep up the great work. I nearly forgot i was on diet lol, because I ate booo. I took the three days as my cheating days lol. Thank you and lots of love from me MaNgcobo K to all of you.
Refreshing, classy, country feel, yet close to all amenities. Very unique. I enjoyed the experience
