I had high hopes for this hotel, considering its prime location just a few steps away from the beach. However, I was sorely disappointed by the lack of maintenance and care evident throughout the property. From the moment I stepped into the building, an unpleasant odor greeted me at the reception area, creating an awkward first impression. Although the room itself was spacious it was let down by outdated furniture and a dumpy carpet. The bathroom appeared to have been unchanged for over two decades, with signs of leakage evident on the ceiling. A shower installed above the bathtub and a bothersome shower curtain further added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. Thankfully, when I requested to be moved to a room without carpeting, I was pleasantly surprised. The alternative room was significantly better, and I couldn't help but wish that the entire hotel would undergo renovations. Rooms: Despite its fantastic location, the hotel failed to meet expectations. With some much-needed improvements, particularly in the bathrooms and furnishings, it could truly shine and provide a more enjoyable experience for its guests Food & drinks: I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch during my stay at the hotel. They offered a diverse selection of dishes every day, ensuring there was something new to try. The highlight for me was their delicious pudding, which was truly delightful.
I got there and they upgraded my room for free. I had such an amazing view of the sea. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms had a real cozzy feeling. Ill definately go back thereRooms: 5/5
I spent two nights at this hotel for a family vacation. It was a lovely time. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, so that access to the beach is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room package included breakfast buffet and the breakfast on both days was a lovely spread and the food was delicious and well presented and abundant. The hotel is very family friendly it seems, we saw a lot of family vacationing there during our stay. The rooms we got were clean and decent and we had room service on both days although on the first day it was a bit later than we expected. The downside was that we got rooms where the air-conditioning was not working and given that it was during summer, it was a bit of a mission to cool down , we walked past another room that had cool air coming through so that's some evidence that air-conditioning worked in some rooms , unfortunately not ours. If you are looking for a relatively affordable, decent enough hotel with easy access to the beach, this is your place. Rooms: Decent . Clean enough. Room service available. All the basics are provided like TV, coffee station, towels and a few complementary toiletries. Wardrobe, chair and table. Air conditioning machine although it may not work in all rooms Nearby activities: Easy beach access, easy restaurant access. The beach also is a long stretch with a promenade that offers a variety of activities and close to CBD , so shopping centres are within a 10 minutes driving radius Walkability: The beach has a promenade you can walk through and there are sidewalks by the hotel side even though it's facing a relatively busy road. Noteworthy details: It can get a bit noisy at night heard some partying and then religious services but nothing too intrusive. At some point in the night it does get quiet and all the noise dies down and all you have is the crashing of the waves , which is lovely if that's your kind of thing.
Quite clean. And staff very friendly. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach - right in front of the beach. That was lovely. And aside from the rooms directly in front with beach facing views - you can view the beach from some of the side rooms too. The buffet breakfast is very well made and their lunch and dinner are well priced.
This place was peaceful, friendly staff we had a great time, room was nice and clean we really enjoyed our stay for myself and my sisters birthday weekend, I would recommend them good value for money... Walkability: Yea Food & drinks: We had good daily breakfast..
I was expecting still bottled water in the fridge. No toilet spray. Toilet has to flushed a couple times. Body got itchy after laying on the sheets. Entrance to in the hotel lacks warmth....looks dull. Very noisy outside the hotel. Rooms: Wardrobes are old..need new pillows.
I believe this establishment has great potential. I think I got a reasonable offer for 1 night and hope to make it a place I can get acquainted with in the near future. I enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms: Well groomed and nice facilities. Food & drinks: Bartender was a friendly lady

It was good. The only problem was changing sheets. They didn't change the sheets for the 3nights we were there with my family, in all honesty. But that's okay. Great space for a family. But the TV has few channels, no prime no netflix. The rest was okay. Thanks gooderson. Oh how can I forget the great self serviced breakfast. Woow. Free breakfast for all the days you're to sleep there. Rooms: Spacious rooms. Bit old furniture but clean. So, all was good. Nearby activities: Trading. Safety: percent safe. Walkability: Can walk to the ocean and back with ease. Food & drinks: I didn't like the dinner food. But I surely enjoyed my breakfast.
This hotel is very nice with The best view,but credit goes to Malone Moses who helped us with our luggage, however was disappointed with the bar fridge was expecting atleast to have bottled water.i would book here again.keep it up Food & drinks: The food was nice
